South Union Street Courthouse and Commercial Historic District ist ein nationaler historischer Bezirk in Concord, Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Der Bezirk umfasst 11 denkmalgeschützte Gebäude im zentralen Geschäftsviertel von Concord. Er umfasst vor allem Geschäftshäuser in beliebten architektonischen Stilen wie Italianate, Romanesque Revival und Second Empire. Im Bezirk befinden sich die Elks Hall, das ehemalige Rathaus, der G. W. Patterson Wholesale Grocery, das Pythian Building, die Watch Repair Shop und die ehemalige Cabarrus Savings Bank. Ebenfalls im Bezirk liegt das separat aufgeführte ehemalige Cabarrus County Courthouse.
Es wurde 1997 in das National Register of Historic Places aufgenommen.
