Fairfield Plantation, auch bekannt als Lynch House, ist eine Plantage etwa 5 Meilen östlich von McClellanville in Charleston County, South Carolina. Sie grenzt an die Wedge Plantation und liegt unmittelbar nördlich der Harrietta Plantation. Das Plantagenhaus wurde um 1730 erbaut. Es liegt direkt am US Highway 17 in der Nähe des Santee River. Es wurde am 18. September 1975 in das National Register of Historic Places aufgenommen.
