Fort Emmanuel, également connu sous le nom de Fort Manuel, est un fort en ruine situé à Fort Kochi Beach à Kochi, Kerala, en Inde. C'est un bastion du portugais et un symbole de l'alliance stratégique entre le Maharaja de Kochi et le royaume du Portugal. Nommé d'après Manuel I, le roi du Portugal, c'était le premier fort portugais d'Asie.

La première partie du nom actuel de l'emplacement - Fort Kochi - vient de ce fort. Fort Kochi est également connu sous le nom de Old Kochi ou West Kochi, à côté de Mattancherry.
