Blue Lagoon Iceland
The Blue Lagoon is a geothermal spa in southwestern Iceland. The spa is located in a lava field near Grindavík and in front of Mount Þorbjörn on Reykjanes Peninsula, in a location favourable for geothermal power, and is supplied by water used in the nearby Svartsengi geothermal power station.
Gunnuhver - fumarole
Gunnuhver is each in a high -temperature area in Reykjanes, just south of the Reykjanes power plant. There are clay. The name refers to Gudrun Önundardóttir, a historic person, who should have returned.

Naval Radio Transmitter Facility Grindavik is a transmission facility of the US Navy at Grindavík, Iceland, maintained by the N62 Division. It is active on shortwave and longwave under the callsign TFK on 37.5 kHz.
