Gosh-e fil is an Iranian cuisine doughnut made by shaping the dough into the shape of an ear, and deep-fried in oil. Each shape is then topped with chopped pistachios and powdered sugar. This sweet is mainly served besides Tea Especially in Ramadan month. You will find this dessert mostly in Isfahan, that's why Isfahan is famous for this dessert. Isfahani people usually eat it with Doogh, a sour drink made of yogurt.
