Visa on arrival

A visa is required, but it is possible to obtain it at selected border crossing points (visa on arrival).

  • Allowed stay: 30 days
  • Available at international airports in Dhaka, Chittagong, and Sylhet.
  • No visa required for Bangladeshi Americans and their spouse and children with a copy of a former Bangladeshi passport, a Dual Nationality Certificate, NVR, a Bangladeshi NID, or a digital birth registration certificate.
