The Casino-Kursaal or Kursaal Oostende is a kursaal of the Belgian seaside town of Ostend. It was built in 1950 in white Portland stone, according to the plans of the architect Leon Stynen. It is located on the seawall at the end of Avenue Leopold II. The kursaal covers an area of one hectare, making it the largest casino in Europe. The colonnade contains the Four Elements in bronze by Oscar Jespers.
