Prainha or Praia do Meio is a Brazilian beach in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, located between Praia da Cal to the south and Praia Grande to the north.
It is one of the seaside resorts that make up the 23 kilometers of Torres coastline, a municipality that borders Santa Catarina and that has as its access roads the BR-101 and the RS-389, the latter known as Estrada do Mar.
