Shopping Pátio Higienópolis, São Paulo

Shopping Pátio Higienópolis is a Brazilian shopping center opened in 1999, by the Malzoni Group, in the central region of the city of São Paulo, in the Higienópolis neighborhood. The mall is currently managed and owned by Iguatemi, and was designed to fit in with the architectural style of the surrounding area, highlighted by early 20th century mansions and modernist buildings. Its internal area receives natural light and has a central span - visible across its five floors - of 250 square meters, which hosts cultural activities. In 2019, the development held the interactive exhibition in honor of the Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh, and obtained record attendance estimated at 23,000 visitors. The mall was the first in the city of São Paulo to declare itself pet-friendly. When the mall was inaugurated, the "Dog's Bar" was also opened. The water fountain is still in operation.
