Pinjaram

Pinjaram, also known as penyaram, kuih UFO, or kuih telinga tikus, is a cherished traditional snack among the Bajau and Bruneian Malay communities in Brunei and the state of Sabah, Malaysia. The name "pinjaram" can be traced back to an Indian rice flour delicacy called "kuzhi paniyaram" (குழி பணியாரம்). This delightful kuih is not just a delicious treat but also a piece of cultural heritage highly valued by many in Southeast Asia.
