It was formerly known as the Canadian Commercial Bank Tower, and was the headquarters of the Canadian Commercial Bank before that bank failed in 1985. Current tenants include Bell Canada, Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation, and Avison Young Real Estate. ()
