Yau Ma Tei Theatre
Yau Ma Tei Theatre, sometimes transliterated as "Yaumati Theatre", once the largest theatre in Kowloon, is located at the junction of Waterloo Road and Reclamation Street, in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong.
Whampoa Garden
Whampoa Garden is the largest private housing estate in Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was built on the site of the former Whampoa Dockyards by Hutchison Whampoa Property.

The Grand Cinema was a cinema complex located in Hong Kong in the Elements Mall at Kowloon MTR station. Operating from 2007 to 2019 with 12 screens and 1,600 seats, it was Hong Kong's largest multiplex cinema in its time.
