Tai Hao Mausoleum Temple is located in the north of Huaiyang County, Henan Province, China. It is the mausoleum temple of Tai Hao Fu Xi Clan and was listed as the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units in 1996.

According to the record, there was a mausoleum built here in the Spring and Autumn Period, and the imperial edict of the Song Emperor established the mausoleum and temple. The existing building is the pattern laid down in the 13th year of the Ming Dynasty, and was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty. The overall building faces south and covers an area of 875 acres, with the outer city inside the Wu Dynasty Gate, the inner city inside the Xiantian Gate, and the Forbidden City enclosed by the Taiji Gate and the city wall. The central axis of the bridge, the noon Dynasty Gate, the first Heavenly Gate, Taiji Gate, the bell and drum tower, the unified Heavenly Hall, the Hall of the Manifestation, the Bedchamber, too the beginning of the door, gossip altar, tomb mound, yarrow garden and other buildings. The Hall of the Unified Heaven is five rooms wide and three rooms deep, with a single-roofed hipped roof and a statue of Fuxi inside. Hsien-Jen Hall is the tallest, with a wide face of seven rooms, a depth of five rooms, and a heavy eave hipped roof. In front of the tomb, there is a monument with the inscription "Mausoleum of Tai Hao Fuxi", with a height of 20 meters and a perimeter of 150 meters, with a circular shape and a square seat.
