Pu Zhuang Shoucheng is located in the foothills near the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian in Pu Cheng Township, Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and is an ancient Chinese sea defense castle building. It was first built in the 17th year of Hongwu, and was built by the Ming Dynasty court to prevent Japanese invaders, originally named Puzhou, after the merger of the strong man with the, and renamed Pujang, belonged to Jinxiangwei, now named Pucheng.
The perimeter of the wall of Pojanggsho is five miles and thirty paces, with a height of one zhang and five feet, a width of two zhang at the bottom, and a width of one zhang and two feet at the top, and the northern wall is against the mountain in a circular shape, while the southern wall faces the sea, and there are three urn cities in the east, south, and west, all of which are square.
There are many monuments such as the City God Temple, A-Ma Temple, the Iron Bureau, the Road of Running Horses and the residential complexes of southern Zhejiang in the Ming Dynasty.
In 1996, Pujang Sosheng was listed by the Chinese State Council as the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. On May 25, 2006, the ruins of Zhuangsi Shecheng, Baiwan Fortress and the Inspection Division were incorporated into Pu Zhuang Shecheng in the sixth batch.
