Cueva del Indio, Viñales

Cueva del Indio is a karst cave north of the city of Viñales in the Cuban province of Pinar del Río, and a major tourist destination in the Viñales Valley.

Due to the construction of dams on a river, a part of the cave is only accessible by motorboat. The path through the cave is covered with electric lighting. The cave is partly traversed by footpaths and partly by motor boats. The exit after the boat trip is approximately 150 m northeast of the entrance. Only one kilometre of the cave is open to travellers.
