Quito Fest is a vibrant and free music festival held every September in the lively city of Quito, Ecuador. This thrilling event gathers both local Ecuadorian bands and international acts, making it a must-attend occasion for music enthusiasts.
Initially, the festival took place at Parque La Carolina, but due to its growing popularity, it moved to Parque Itchimbía in 2005. The new venue provided more space to accommodate the expanding crowds, which reached a remarkable 80,000 attendees in 2008.
