The Plate Tower is a tower between the nunn- and the large beach gate of Tallinn City Wall to the north of the intersection of today's cannon and laboratory streets. The neighboring towers are the Köismäe tower and the Epping Tower.

The tower was built between 1401 and 1410 and was named after Herbord Plate Tower Chief. The height of the three -storey tower is 24 meters high and 9.75 meters in diameter. The tower has a cantic plan with a segment from the city edge.

Currently the tower is unused.
