The Kallio Library is a side library of the Helsinki City Library, which operates in the Kallio district at Fifth Line 11. It is the fourth largest quotation of the City Library after the Oodi, Itäkeskus and Töölö libraries. The Kallio Library operates in the fourth oldest library building in Finland, designed by architect Karl Hård af Segerstad in 1912. The house is Finland's first library built by municipal funds. The library is the only building in its block. The other part of the block is Matti Helenius Park.
