Place de la Liberté is the main square in downtown Toulon, France. Created in 1852 by the architect Gaudensi Allar and his brother, the sculptor André-Joseph Allar, it is located on boulevard de Strasbourg. This square is a symbolic place of the city of Toulon but also of the whole agglomeration. The majority of bus lines converge there and the Liberté bus stop is the main transfer point for the Mistral urban network.
