Fort Sarah Bernhardt is a nineteenth-century military fort in Belle-Île-en-Mer in Morbihan, Brittany, where the famous French actress Sarah Bernhardt spent her summer vacations for 30 years, between 1894 and 1922. It was transformed into the Sarah Bernhardt Museum in the 2000s. Property of the Conservatoire du Littoral, the fort is listed as a historical monument since 2000, and labeled Maisons des Illustres in 2011, and a large part of the 46-hectare estate has been transformed since 1984 into the golf course of Belle-Île-en-Mer.
