Ponts Couverts, Strasbourg

Nestled within the picturesque Alsatian city of Strasbourg, the Ponts Couverts are a historic set of bridges and towers that have stood as a testament to the city's medieval past. Despite their name, which translates to "Covered Bridges," the Ponts Couverts have not actually been covered since the 18th century.
