Aunt Leonia's House - a museum dedicated to Marcel Proust in Illiers -Commbray in Central France. The museum was created thanks to the efforts of La Société des Amis de Marcel Proust et des Amis de Combray in a house that once belonged to Jules Amiot, uncle of the future writer. According to the plot of the first volume of Proust's work, "in search of the lost time" in this house lived aunt of the narrator, Leonia, a hypochondriac who spends her life in bed and is interested in all local rumors.
