Facts and practical information
Mount Dardon is a summit of the Morvan located in the French department of Saône-et-Loire, in the south of Burgundy-Franche-Comté.
There is an orientation table and three crosses. But it was also occupied by a Gallic oppidum, then, in the 10th century, by a chapel which has now disappeared.
Since March 2017, the site has a radio transmitter, taking advantage of the altitude and allowing a broadcast on the whole sector of the south Morvan and the Charolais country.
