The Alsace Fireman's Museum is a museum dedicated to firemen. It presents material dating from 1648 to nowadays.
The collection, which includes more than 260 pieces of equipment, has been awarded the "Musée de France" label and the museum has obtained the international label "Musée CTIF", a certification that it is the only one to hold in France. The collection is divided into two rooms. In the first room, old hand pumps, helmets, horse-drawn steam pumps, various equipment, badges and charms and vehicles built until the 1930s are exhibited. The second room is dedicated to more recent vehicles dating from the 1940s to the present day. Also noteworthy is an exceptional collection - in number and diversity - of Delahaye vehicles and an exclusive: an airport intervention truck.
