The Matignon castle is a 16th century castle that stands in the municipality of Torigni-sur-Vire in the new municipality of Torigny-les-Villes in the Manche department, Normandy region.
The castle bears the name of the house of Matignon, counts of Torigny, lords of Matignon, originally from Brittany. Among its members, we note Jacques II de Goyon de Matignon, as well as Jacques-François-Léonor de Matignon, count of Torigni and duke of Valentinois who married the heiress of Monaco, Louise de Grimaldi, whose house inherited the Matignon titles.
The castle is classified as a historical monument by the list of 1840.
