The Château du Banchet or Château de la Magdeleine is an ancient fortified castle, partly rebuilt in the 15th century and restored in the 19th century, center of the seigneury of Banchet, which stands on the town of Châteauneuf in the department of Saône-et-Loire, in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
The castle, the facades and roofs of the outbuildings and annexes, the neo-Gothic portal on the church side, the greenhouse, the feudal mound, the isolated tower and the park, were listed as historical monuments by decree of May 28, 2001.
