The Notre-Dame-du-Chêne chapel is built on an ancient Roman oak grove in Blotzheim. It has undergone many renovations over the centuries.
It is the only chapel in Alsace to be dedicated to Sancta Maria ad Robur.
The bell tower dates from 1494. You can see the main altar from the baroque period, statues, paintings saved from destruction from the Capuchin convent founded in 1737, and especially a Callinet Frères organ from 1843.
This chapel has been registered as a historical monument since March 26, 1986.
