The church of Savigny-lès-Beaune has been under the patronage of Saint Cassian, bishop of Autun, since 1443. Its architecture is remarkable, especially for its Romanesque bell tower with a square base and octagonal spire. Its transept and choir were listed as historical monuments on November 10, 1925, and its bell tower was listed on November 28, 1930.
