The Maipas farm is a fortified house from the very early 17th century located in the French commune of Prez in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region. It is a dwelling of classical architecture, built at the end of the Renaissance, and topped by a roof of impressive size.

It is located in the hills of the Ardennes Thiérache, on the D34, between Prez and Logny-Bogny.
