The Palais des Arts is a Marseille monument originally built in 1864 to house the municipal library and the Marseille School of Fine Arts. It is located at the end of the Place Auguste-et-François-Carli, in the Thiers district of the 1st arrondissement. The Palais des Arts was registered as a Historic Monument on October 1, 1994 and was then classified by order of November 18, 1997.
