Szeged Wholesale Store is a mid-range shopping centre with about 96 shops, 13 restaurants and 9 cafés. The construction was started by the State Construction Company of Csongrád County in May 1972. The completed building was handed over in 1980. It currently has a floor area of 13 740 m².

The store has around 96 shops on two floors and a 72-space car park to the east of the building. On level -1 there is a supermarket, a sports store and other shops. On the ground floor, there are national and international fashion brands and clothing stores, and on the first floor there is a 512 m2 Coop supermarket, a bookstore, a shoe store and catering outlets selling gastronomic specialities.
