Facts and practical information

The ruins of the Palatine monastery of Gönc are located in the Zemplén Hills, on the outskirts of Gönc, 320 metres above sea level. The ruins can be reached from the town of Gönc by following the red cross tourist sign, or from Telkibánya by following the red tourist sign via Potácsháza.

From here, walk south on the red sign for three kilometres and you will find the ruins of Amade Castle.
