Facts and practical information
The important remains of Zádorvár or Himfy castle are located in the green hills of the Balaton highlands, between the village of Barnag and Pécsely, which consists of only a few streets. Starting from the village of Pécsely, it is a good hour's climb to reach the ruins on the 363-metre-high hilltop, while from Barnag it is also accessible by car through the beautiful woods and ancient forests of the Balaton Uplands National Park.
