Mafalde

Cooking Mafaldine is similar to preparing other ribbon-style pastas like linguine and fettuccine. It is typically enjoyed with lighter sauces that complement its delicate texture. This pasta is named after Princess Mafalda of Savoy, which is why it is sometimes affectionately referred to as "little queens."
