Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway, Kuwait City

Spanning the azure waters of Kuwait Bay, the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway stands as a monumental achievement in modern engineering and a new symbol of Kuwait's economic resurgence. As one of the longest maritime causeways in the world, this impressive structure measures approximately 48 kilometers in length, connecting Kuwait City to the Subiya area and reducing travel time significantly.

The causeway is named after the late Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and serves as a testament to his vision for the country's infrastructure development.
