Museum of Railway in Vilnius - Museum of Lithuanian railways.
The initiative of the creation of the Museum was established in 1936, but it was only materialized in thirty years later - in 1966, in a building occupied by the Branch of the Przybałtic Railway with its registered office in Riga, currently by the Lithuanian Railways at ul. Mindaugo 12-14. In 1998, the Museum was moved to the building opposite - at ul. MINDAUGO 15. In 2010, the institution was closed by moving it to the station Vilnius. The audience's exposure was opened in 2011.
The exhibition presents the history of Lithuanian Railway, Line, Station, Security of Movement and Communications, Railway Pioneers; In one of the rooms there is a mockup.
