The National Braid Museum is a museum located in the former Rijksriet braid school in the Frisian town of Noordwolde. The museum shows the social and cultural history of Noordwolde as a braiding village. In addition, the collection provides an image of braiding art and braiding history from around the world. In changing exhibitions the museum shows aspects of the contemporary applications of braiding in art and design.
