The Historical Museum Haarlemmermeer presents the history of the Dutch reclamation area Haarlemmermeer from its reclamation in 1852. The museum exists since 1992 and is located in the monumental building Mentzhoeve in the North Holland town of Hoofddorp. Besides an interactive presentation, the museum offers temporary exhibitions, events and educational projects for all ages.
