City Lade is a Norwegian shopping center. It had a turnover of NOK 2.0 billion in 2018. The shopping center is at Lade, approx. 2.5 km north of Trondheim city center. City Lade opened on May 6, 2004. The mall has a retail area of approx. 25,000 m². The total area of the building is 40,000 m², of which 7,000 are parking garages.
The shopping center was realized when NKL's wholesale warehouse was moved in 2002. At that time, the building was a place of residence for both them and the Note!. Note! Lay on the ground floor of the building, but moved up in the second when the mall was realized after extensive rebuilding in the period 2002–2004.
City Lade was expanded in 2012–2014, and then construction stage 2 was opened in the fall of 2014, Trondheim's largest shopping center both in area and in the number of stores.
