Real Plaza Huancayo is a shopping mall located in the Peruvian city of Huancayo, capital of the Junín region. It belongs to the Real Plaza chain of shopping centers, being owned by Intercorp and was inaugurated in July 2008, being the first construction of its kind in the city. It is built on a 40,000 m² lot, on what used to be an old Central Railway station. It has 50,000 m² of constructed area. The investment was S/.90 million and the first stage was inaugurated on December 12, 2008, being currently the largest shopping center in the city and the region.
