The Temple of San Francisco or Church of San Francisco is a religious building of Catholic worship under the invocation of San Francisco in the city of Cajamarca, in the department of Cajamarca, located in Peru.

It is included within the complex formed by the Convent of San Francisco, located southeast of the Plaza Mayor. The temple of San Francisco began to be built in 1699 and designed by the architect Matías Pérez Palomino and its construction lasted until the twentieth century, finishing the construction of its two front towers in 1958.
