Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva Synagogue, Lublin

The Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva Synagogue is a historic and venerable site nestled in the heart of Lublin, Poland. Initially established as an important center of Talmudic study, the synagogue was part of the larger Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva, founded in 1930 by Rabbi Meir Shapiro. The yeshiva was renowned for its rigorous scholarship and for being the birthplace of the Daf Yomi, a daily regimen of Talmud study.

This grand edifice, once the pinnacle of Jewish learning in Poland, stands as an architectural testament to the vibrant Jewish community that thrived in Lublin before World War II.
