The Church of St. John the Baptist and Our Lady of the Scapular is located in Krakow-Krzeslawice at 19 Melchiora Wańkowicza St. It is a branch church of St. Vincent Parish in Krakow-Pleszów.
It was built in the years 1633-1648 in Jawornik near Myślenice. It bore the invocation of the Finding and Exaltation of the Holy Cross. In 1983 it was damaged and devastated, and in 1983-1986 moved to Krzeslawice. Next to Jan Matejko's manor house it was to be the beginning of an open-air museum planned there.
It is a wooden, single-nave building, of a log construction, covered with shingles, with a tower above the entrance. Inside, there is a partially preserved polychrome from the first half of the seventeenth century, depicting the Last Judgment and St. Christopher, and a Baroque pulpit.
In the late Baroque main altar dating from the end of the seventeenth century is placed a crucifix from the late sixteenth century from the church of St. Vincent of Pleszów.
