Bohaterów Monte Cassino Municipal Park in Jarosław - was established in 1902 in the Olszanówka district. It was owned by Dr. Henryk Maks and Wilhelm Sieminski-Lewicki. In the park there was a wooden building and a swimming pool. In 1908 it was the site of an industrial and agricultural exhibition, the originator of which was Stanislav Gurgul. The exhibition lasted from August 29 to September 29. The opening of the exhibition was attended by Michał Bobrzyński and the Speaker of the National Sejm Stanisław Badeni. In 1945 it was named after the Heroes of Monte Cassino. The attraction of the park are its alleys and flowerbeds, as well as the Jordan garden. Chestnut alley leads to the main gate of the park. In the area of the Jordan garden there is a soccer and basketball field, ping pong tables, a hill for sledging in winter and a playground for children. In 2015 at the park, a separate dog run was also opened.
