Statue of St. John Nepomucen in the Old Market - a statue of St. John Nepomucen located in the Old Market in Poznań, on the axis of Quadro Street, running through the block of mid-market buildings.
The statue stands in the southern part of the Market Square. Patron was a person who protected cities against floods, and such phenomena in the past often plagued Poznan, due to a sharp turn of the river Warta in Chwaliszewo.
Built in 1724, the author is unknown. At the four corners of the pedestal four cannon barrels are embedded in the ground, which used to be bumpers.
