Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian - an Orthodox cemetery church in Czeremcha-Village. It belongs to the parish of Our Lady of Mercy in Czeremcha, in Kleszczele deanery of Warsaw-Bielsk diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
The church was erected in 1797, wooden, octagonal, log, hall construction, planked. In front there is a porch with added in 1920 octagonal tower-belltower. Next to the presbytery there is a side sacristy. Tin roofs of the church. Gable roof over the vestibule. Tower topped with octagonal tent roof with onion-shaped helmet. Above the nave there is a single-pitched roof with a tower topped with a cupola.
After the last renovation the church was consecrated again on August 11, 2013.
The temple was entered in the Register of Historic Places on July 25, 2001 under the number A-22.
