Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God is a former Evangelical church, built in Neo-Gothic style, dating from 1902-1903, designed by one of the greatest German architects Hans Poelzig, including the decoration. The temple has three tiers of windows. In 1953-1954 it was rebuilt for the Orthodox Church. The iconostasis comes from the Lublin region, from the church of St. Michael the Archangel in Kulno. In 1987-1997 the church was completely renovated and the interior was restored. During this renovation, however, Poelzig's original conception was destroyed. It consisted in the application of two-colored plaster imitating half-timbered walls, and thus referring in its external appearance to the famous Churches of Peace in Świdnica and in Jawor. Both of these churches, which are very important for the history of Silesian sacral architecture, were built in large part from the so-called half-timbered wall. With this solution Poelzig wanted to emphasize the regional affiliation of the new church in Malczyce.
The church was entered in the register of monuments on December 22, 1992 under the number A/1152/673/W.
