St. John the Baptist Church is a Roman Catholic parish church in Przemęt, in the municipality of Przemęt, Wolsztyn County, Wielkopolskie Province. It belongs to the Przemęt deanery of the Poznań archdiocese.
It is a three-nave basilica with a transept and two towers on the facade. The chancel, nave and arms of the transept are covered with barrel vaults with lunettes, the side aisles are covered with cross vaults, and the intersection of the nave and the transept is covered with a sail vault. Inside there is a stucco decoration from the end of the seventeenth century. The polychrome comes from the same time and was partially repainted in the years 1883-1886 and restored in the years 1956-1957. The interior furnishings were made at the end of the seventeenth century or in the first quarter of the eighteenth century. An older piece of equipment comes from about 1430-40 - it is a Gothic statue of the Mother of God with Child.
