Lubuskie Military Museum - The origins of the museum in Drzonowo date back to January 1, 1978, when the military department was established in the Lubuskie Land Museum.
The institution has been functioning independently since May 8, 1985, and since 2015 it is a cultural institution of the City of Zielona Góra. The museum is entered in the National Register of Museums. The seat is a classicist palace with an adjacent park. In the Museum there are over 3500 exhibits. There are collections of: heavy military equipment, military aviation, machine guns, firearms, edged weapons, protective arms, uniforms, ordnance and equipment, decorations, documents, maps and photographs. Temporary and permanent exhibitions are presented in the museum palace: Old Arms, Polish Soldier 1914-1945, Women Soldiers, Polish Army after 1945. Hunting lounge. In the over 4 hectare park and in the exhibition pavilion there are presented collections of artillery, rockets, tanks, armoured personnel carriers, military cars and trucks, fighter planes, transport planes and helicopters, as well as the open-air fortification museum. The museum's showpieces include a Vis pistol, two SU-152 self-propelled guns, and an ISKRA 200 BR aircraft. On 16 April 1986 the Lubuskie Military Museum in Drzonowo was named after the 2nd Army of the Polish Army.
