Rezerwat Szczelina Lechicka
Facts and practical information
Szczelina Lechicka Nature Reserve - a forest nature reserve in the Kashubian Lake District within the Kashubian Landscape Park in the Mirachowskie Forest complex. It protects beech forests, riverine forests and alder swamps located on the shores of Kocenko and Potęgowskie Lakes.
Numerous protected plant species can be found here e.g. carnation fork, juniper fork, and crowfoot, as well as common ivy, woodruff, coral callas, and buckthorn. On the southern shore of the lake there are Douglas firs, firs and Weymouth pines.
The nearest towns are Kamienica Królewska and Linia.
Near the reserve there is the Kashubian Tourist Trail.
The reserve is located within the area of Natura 2000 sites: Kurze Grzędy PLH220014 and Lasy Mirachowskie PLB220008.
